Do you ship worldwide?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Yes \u2014 we ship our made-to-measure illustrated wallpaper to every corner of the world, including the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the US, UK, Australia and all of Europe. Every order is carefully packaged and sent via express courier.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

How long does delivery take?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Within the EU, your wallpaper typically arrives in 1 to 3 working days. For the rest of the world, including the Middle East, US and Australia, delivery takes 1 to 5 working days. These are shipping times after production is complete.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

How long does production take?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Every wallpaper is made to measure and produced specifically for your wall, so production takes 3 to 5 working days. Your wallpaper is printed, quality-checked and packaged before being handed to our express courier.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

What does ‘made to measure’ mean?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

It means we redesign every illustrated wallpaper around your exact wall dimensions \u2014 no cropping, no awkward cuts, no characters left off the edge. You send us your wall measurements and we create a wallpaper that fits perfectly. Every single time.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Can I change the colours of the wallpaper?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Yes \u2014 most of our illustrated wallpapers are colour-customisable. You can request a different background colour, adjust the palette to match your interior design, or ask for a completely bespoke colour scheme. Just leave a note when ordering or contact us before placing your order.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Can I add a child’s name to the wallpaper?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Yes \u2014 personalisation is one of our most popular options. We can add a name, a phrase or any text to your wallpaper mural. There is an additional cost of \u20ac15 per name. Visit our Custom Wallpaper section for more details.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Can I add or remove elements from the design?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Yes \u2014 we can add or remove illustrated elements (animals, balloons, vehicles, plants and more) at no additional cost. Just let us know what you’d like changed when you place your order, or contact us beforehand.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

What types of wallpaper do you offer?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

We offer two types of children’s wallpaper: Non-Woven (Paper Back) at \u20ac52 per square metre, which is applied with a standard wallpaper adhesive; and Self-Adhesive (Peel and Stick) at \u20ac62 per square metre, which requires no paste and is ideal for renters or those who want a removable wallpaper. Both are made to measure and shipped express worldwide.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

How much does a wallpaper cost?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Our made-to-measure illustrated wallpaper is priced at \u20ac52 per square metre for Non-Woven (Paper Back) or \u20ac62 per square metre for Self-Adhesive. A typical wall of 3m wide by 2.4m high costs around \u20ac374 in Paper Back or \u20ac446 in Self-Adhesive, plus shipping. How do I calculate the size of my wall?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Measure the full width and height of the wall you want to cover, including any doors, windows or wardrobes. You must give us the full wall dimensions \u2014 we will then factor in the openings when designing your wallpaper so every illustrated character is perfectly placed.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

How do I hang the wallpaper?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Full step-by-step hanging guides are available on our Installation page. For Non-Woven wallpaper, you will need a good quality wallpaper adhesive and a clean, smooth, dry wall surface. For Self-Adhesive wallpaper, simply peel and stick \u2014 no paste required. Always prepare the wall surface properly before hanging for the best results.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

What wall preparation is needed before hanging?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The wall surface should be clean, dry and smooth. Brush off any loose material, fill any cracks or holes with a good quality filler, sand smooth and allow to dry completely. For Non-Woven wallpaper, we recommend applying a primer coat to ensure the best adhesion. Proper wall preparation is essential for a professional-looking result.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Is the wallpaper washable?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Yes \u2014 our illustrated wallpapers are washable. Lightly soiled areas can be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth or sponge and a mild, non-abrasive, bleach-free detergent. Dab gently rather than rubbing, then rinse with a clean damp cloth. The wallpaper is designed to withstand normal daily life in a child’s bedroom or nursery.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

What payment methods do you accept?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards and bank transfer. Payment is required after placing your order and before production begins.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Can I return a wallpaper?<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Because every wallpaper is made to measure specifically for your wall, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We strongly recommend checking all details \u2014 measurements, design, colours \u2014 before confirming your order. We will not accept returns where the wallpaper has already been hung, where colour changes are caused by fresh or untreated plaster, or where damage results from incorrect wall preparation or hanging.<\/b><\/span><\/p>
