Under the Law, intellectual property rights (including copyrights, related rights, industrial property rights and sui generis rights) on the contents displayed on the site, as well as on the site itself, its features, its programming, its bases of data supporting it, its contents, its brand and domain name, are in the property of Little Hands Wallpaper, Lda.

In fact, according to the Portuguese Law, intellectual property rights belong to Little Hands Wallpaper, Lda. (Artigo 12º do Código dos Direitos de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos), in the same way that it owns the rights of industrial property in so far as it has a registered trade mark (Artigo 4º do Código da Propriedade Industrial).

For this reason, any use for purposes other than obtaining information and purchasing products is expressly prohibited and requires the prior express consent of the respective rights holder.

It is also prohibited to the User / Client or any person who accesses the site, including, without limitation, transformation, adaptation, reproduction, making available, representation or use for different purposes, in whole or in part and throughout the world, of any content or material protected by copyright, related rights, sui generis rights or industrial property rights, such as those referred to in the preceding paragraphs.

These rights are protected by national and international standards and the provisions of the preceding paragraphs do not prejudice more restrictive regimes contained in these standards.
